She has long been a keen advocate of active travel and tries to reduce her own environmental footprint through a vegan diet. She helps to drive Deloitte’s sustainability agenda and leads the firms local corporate social responsibility programmes.

Marc is a sustainability champion and has had a long and successful career in both business and politics in the Channel Islands. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of a successful international business, the Environmental & Social Impact Monitor Ltd, a non-executive director of Aspida Group and director of international mental health service provider The Decider.

Andrew is the Chairman of the award-winning Guernsey charity, The Clean Earth Trust which he established in 2018 to limit human impact on the environment and which is active in Guernsey across a number of growing projects. In his day job, he is Counsel with Carey Olsen in their Guernsey office with a broad corporate practice albeit sitting in the private wealth team and an interest in all things environmental. Andrew grew up in Zimbabwe where his love of nature was nurtured and has been settled in Guernsey for over 15 years.

She understands the internal communication challenges of taking employees on a ‘green’ journey and brings her knowledge of corporate social responsibility programmes to the committee as well as a reputation management perspective.

Director, Extended Assurance
Mark is Director of Extended Assurance at EY. He has a particular interest in financially innovative solutions for climate change and led EY’s national Eco-Innovators Policy and Activism agile workstream over its first quarter of existence. Additionally, Mark is involved with an EY team working on a blockchain solution for sustainability, a project which started through EY’s EMEIA Build Back Better Challenge – an innovation and internal engagement campaign. Mark is currently researching for a PhD in blockchain regulation and is Chair-Elect of ACCA’s Global Business Law technical forum, also sitting on ACCA’s business ethics forum.
Glen is the Country CEO for Credit Suisse in Guernsey and is driving the firm’s local environmental and sustainability agenda. He moved to Guernsey in 2020 and is originally from New Zealand, where he led a number of conservation and community programmes to protect & clean waterways and the propagation & planting native trees.
Richard is the Managing Director of BDO Limited and leads the advisory practice in Guernsey. He is a keen cyclist, for both sport and transport, and has played a key role in encouraging others to do the same through implementing active travel and flexible working policies across the firm.

Victoria Sloan is Head of Trust Accounting for Credit Suisse Trust in Guernsey, sits on various charity committees and is a Pension Trustee. She has been in Guernsey for 12 years and has two young children. As a vegetarian of 36 years and with a lifetime passion for the environment, her hope is to leave a positive legacy for future generations, both environmentally and socially. Victoria has helped to establish an ESG Committee across both Credit Suisse Guernsey entities and is working to improve the environmental and social impact to the Bailiwick of Credit Suisse and its employees.
